Shumikhin Sergei
Deputy Head of Directorate for Information and Public Relations, the National Bank of Ukraine
More than 10 years had been working in the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. In 1999 founded and headed the Center for Information Technology. Had held senior positions in «Telegraf» publishing house. In 2004 was a member of the Information and Analysis Group at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. He is one of the originators of PR-activity in Donbass Fuel-Energy Company. In 2006 he headed the Department of Public Relations and Communications, Confederation of Employers of Ukraine.
Since 2010 has been holding the position of the Deputy Head of Directorate for Information and Public Relations, the National Bank of Ukraine.
