He is an expert in international relations; Interpreter assistant of the English language (graduated from the Faculty of International Relations and International Law of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev).

A certified expert in the field of marketing communications under the program of the Swedish Institute of Management (IFL Entrepreneur AB) and the International Business School (IBS-DUEL) of the University of Economics and Law under the auspices of the Swedish Development Agency (SIDA). The President of the Ukrainian Eventors’ Association (UEA).

She’s a Deputy Head of the department of legal problems of customs affairs in the State Research Institute of Customs. She is engaged in developing of the direction of political criminology and exploring the theme of corruption.

In 2003-2005 worked as PR-consultant, advisor and consultant leader of Viktor Yuschenko Our Ukraine block. In 2006 and 2007 he was one of the ideologists and leaders of Yulia Tymoshenko Block election campaign in the elections to the Verkhovna Rada.
