Igor Mintusov is one of the pioneering professional managers of electoral campaigns in the USSR and Russia. He was first to implement efficient sociological methods in marketing and political studies.

Personal image consultant for Boris Yeltsyn during 1996 presidential elections, consultant of Vladimir Putin team during 2000 and 2004 presidential elections in the Russian Federation. His international experience includes: preseidential elections in Belarus (1994), Mongolia (2001, 2005), Nicaragua (2001), Lithuania (2002), governmental elections to the Parliaments of Poland (1996), Latvia (1998), Ukraine (2002, 2003, 2007), Mongolia (2004, 2008), and deputy elections to the US Congress (1996) from Connecticut and Florida states (at the invitation of the Democratic Party) (1998). Non-political projects include: support to the campaign the Central bank of the Russian Federation on the ruble denomination (1998), the settlement of the conflict of the French bank «Credit Agricole» and «National reserve bank» (2003), etc. Co-author together with Y.V. Yegorova-Gantman of the following books: «How to create an image for politician», «Political consultant in electoral campaigns in Russia», and «Political consulting». Chairman of the Nikkolo M group of companies.
