Paniotto Vladimir

Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev. Held the position of the head of the section for computer modelling of social processes of the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of Ukrainian Socialist Republic. In 1990 became the head of the department of methodology and methods of sociology of the Institute of Social Studies of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences. In 1991-1992 worked as a professor of the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kiev. In 1992 became a Director General of the Kiev International Institute of Social Studies. In 1992 he also became a professor of the National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy». He undertook two-month internship at Universities of Columbia (USA), and Munich (Germany) (1993, 1995). During two semesters he worked as a visiting professor at John Hopkins University (USA). Vice president of the Ukrainian Association of Marketing. Board member of Sociological Association of Ukraine. Member of numerous international sociological associations. Board member of several Ukrainian and Russian magazines. Co-founder of the Kiev International Institute of Social Studies, InMind Company, and a Center named after Panina. Vladimir Paniotto is the author of more than 10 books and 180 articles.
