Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Political Science. Head of the department of public relations, psychology and pedagogy of the National University «Kyiv-Mohyla Academy». Vice President of the NGO «Ukrainian League of Public Relations». Member of the International Public Relations Association (IPRA).

Renowned expert in the theory and practice of public relations, political science, history, foreign sociological and political thought. Combines teaching and scientific work with the practice is known in Ukraine President PR-company «Mainstream Communication & Sonsulting».

Author of over 140 scientific papers published in Ukrainian and foreign editions. Fellow UNESCO, trained at Harvard, Columbia, Michigan (USA) and Sussex (UK) universities.
