The official spokesman of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and is responsible for coordinating the information and educational activities of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
A graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University (1996). Has holy rank since 1995.
