Before joining Smart-holding, Eugene worked as the Head of PR Department at DTEK, the Head of External Communications at DTEK, the Head of Information Policy and Regional Director of DTEK and the regional director at ICTV. He graduated from the Hogeschool van Utrecht, Donetsk National Technical University, the London School of Public Relations, Charter Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and business school of Kiev-Mohyla Academy.
