Member of the Board of Directors of EAPC (European Association of Political). Board Member IAPC (International Association of Political Consultants). Member of the Supreme Council of the expert RAPR (Russian Association of Public Relations).

Worked as a journalist for the daily newspaper «Delo», then in the journal «The power of money». Several times became the winner of the business community prize «Presszvanie» – International Competition of business journalism.

In 1997-2002 – the chairman of the board of Information Systems of Ukraine Corporation. Since 2012 – the Chairman of the National union of journalists of Ukraine, the member of NUZhU since 2003.

Jean Novosseltsev started working at the channel 1+1 as the correspondent of TSN. From that time until now specializes on journalistic investigations. Since September, 2012 works as the host of social investigations «Money».
