Kabuzenko Ihor

Igor is one of the most respected experts in his field of top management and non-executive director recruitment in Ukraine. In his eleven years of professional experience, he has completed over 150 executive search projects for banks and investment funds, as well as for development, retail, agricultural, IT, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and FMCG companies.  Igor founded the Ukrainian office of the company Pedersen & Partners. Before coming to Ward Howell, Igor worked as the director of a corporate development investment fund called ICON Private Equity.  Igor was actively involved in projects relating to mergers and acquisitions of Ukrainian and Russian companies. Starting in 1993, Igor founded a series of companies that provided investment, strategic and management consulting services.  He completed dozens of projects in corporate finance, corporate administration, strategic planning, and operational efficiency improvement of large machine-operated factories, food processors, and one of the major systems of electronic payment. Igor serves on the supervisory boards of several Ukrainian joint stock companies.
