Ganin Sergey

Sergey Ganin holds a Master's degree in International Law. He began his legal career at the Kontraktova Commodity Exchange. He was in charge of the legal department of Nashe Radio CJSC. From 2003 to 2013 Mr. Ganin was founder and managing partner of “Ganin&Oliynyk” Firm of Attorneys. Currently he is engaged in private law practice. The scope of his activities includes, inter alia, legal support of entities and individuals in such sectors as health care, publishing, advertising and promotion, telecommunications, entertainment, etc. He maintains a number of practices such as contract law, legal representation, legal support of state (public) procurements, taxation, and intellectual property. Sergey Ganin is a consultant on legal issues (behavioral analysis of situations) and a mediator when resolving organizational and legal conflicts / disputes.
